Academic Offering For Management Schools (elective subject for MBA/ PGDM students)

The New Age Banking-Bank Management Strategies for the 21st Century / Beyond conventional Banking / NextGen Bank Management / The new normal in Banking

The title -“What they don’t teach you in Harvard Business School” by Mark H. McCormack was possibly an inspiration for me to look at the academic syllabus of a typical Banking Elective subject across a few Business schools. Post my own analysis and inputs from people who are in the academic world, I put together a comprehensive content that goes beyond the routine functional, operational and technical aspects that are normally taught in most management schools. Obviously, the intent is not to replace the conventional Banking programme that is being run as an elective but to supplement the same as an additional elective in order to prepare the students to become more worldly wise on the subject of Banking Business Management.
