Our operating model revolves around the Founder R. Krishnan (RKrish) as the principal pivot who is associated with an experienced team of Banking, IT and Process practioners who can be drawn into assignments  on a need and fit-for-purpose basis.

R Krishnan (Krish) has over 35 years’ experience in Banking, IT/BPS, Consulting and Competency enrichment. He has held several senior management positions in Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and ANZ Grindlays Bank (now Standard Chartered Bank).

Krish was with the erstwhile ANZ Grindlays Bank until Dec 2000 and the last position held by him was Director–Operations, Transaction Services in Corporate Banking. Between early 2001 and until Dec 2014, Krish was with Tata Consultancy Services and the last role performed by him was that of Global Head & Vice President Banking Industry Practice
